Its open air but covered and protected from wind. :)

The Sanctuary is outside, but a large part of it is covered (by a fabric canopy) and it is protected from the wind. You can get a lounge chair in the covered area or in complete sunlight.

 

I don't think that there is one on Ocean Princess. If you go to Princess.com and look under "ships" there will be a list of the ships features and a link to the deck plans.

The ocean does not have a Sanctuary, but they have what they call the Lotus Spa Private Sun Deck. It is priced the same as the Sanctuary.

The Ocean Princess does not have a Sanctuary. But it does have what they call the Lotus Spa Private Sun Deck. Using that area is priced the same as if it was the Sanctuary.
