Seven Emails Each Time

Each time Princess sends me one of their promotional emails, I receive seven copies of it. This is because when we booked the cruise, everyone's booking went under my email (this kept it a surprise for my parents, for a little while at least.)

 

It's not a big deal but I'm wondering how I can only get one copy of the email.

Sounds like a computer glitch. That's what the delete button is for.

 

It is not a glitch. His email address was used for each cabin number. He needs to contact Princess and give them the other people's email address (or, probably better - have them do so).

As long as your email address is associated with each booking, you will receive an email for each. Have your TA remove your email address from the other bookings, and replace with the passenger's email address, and you won't receive multiples.
