What is the currency onboard Ventura doing a European sailing ? will be going to Spain Portugal and France ? just wondering what currency we need to put on our onboard sea cards .

All P&O ships use sterling as their onboard currency regardless of where in the world they are sailing.

It made me laugh on the final day of our 2 week cruise when someone went into the shop and asked if the 14.99 price on a rain coat was in dollars. 2 weeks of all prices in £ sterling but that one coat could possibly have been in $ dollars for the final day!

All P&O ships are in sterling. But you don't put money on any card. You register a credit card at checkin and all purchases go on to that in sterling.
