Cheapest for one should be pretty even between a taxi (including tip) and the HAL transfers. Other than walking, that is. :D

Ft. Lauderdale is one of two ports I know of where a cab for one is no more expensive than the HAL transfers. San Diego is the other port. As I solo, I have learned these things!

I agree, Taxi.

 

It's only a few minutes between the Airport and Port Everglades. You can see the port from the airport.

 

It makes no sense to have to wait for a bus to fill up for a less than 10 minute ride.

 

Side note- when the taxi takes you through security to get into the port you'll need to show your ID and cruise docs. Keep them handy.
