Allure dining low cal/fat??

Recommended Posts

Yes, there are low fat/ low cal options in the MDR. The menu has a section of "lite" selections each night. Often such selections have a kind of green leaf symbol beside them. Many of the selections are made without trans-fats. Also, if you have an issue, tell your waiter and they can make suggestions that might fit your requirements.

You can also do such things as ask for your salad dressing on the side, ask for olive dipping oil instead of butter, choose the whole wheat rolls when the waiter brings the bread tray, and ask your waiter's advice about the way menu selections are prepared (grilled or fried, for example.)
