If you read back in this whole thread, there are opinions both ways. I choose not to tell the Casino Manager as I do not want them to sway the group toward one machine or another. I also feel that if you alert them far enough ahead of time, they MAY possibly be able to set the machine to not pay off as often. Do not know that is a truth but it just the way I personnally feel. Many others that have posted here feel that you should notify the Manager in advance. Just do what you feel is best for your group.

Hi Ann,

Hopefully, you are still monitoring this site. I am organizing a slot pull for my upcoming cruise on the Allure. I have participated in one but never organized one. I hope it will not be too difficult. I would appreciate if you could share the spreadsheet, reminder and any tips. You definitely, seem to be the forum expert on the subject. My email is rosens@bellsouth.net

Thanks again.

Hi Ann,

So glad you are still monitoring this thread for how to organise a Slot Pull.

Have volunteered to be an organiser on our Transatlantic Cruise this November, we have 52 shown interest so far.

Would you be able to send me a copy of your spreadsheet?

It sounds a fabulous idea.

My email is catz240@virginmedia.com

Thanks in anticipation,

Caroline

(By the way my middle name is Ann).

Caroline,

the email is on it's way to you. I am also doing a Transatlantic cruise end of October to November and volunteered to do the Slot Pull. We start in Barcelona. would be funny if we were in the same ports on the same days.

We have 170 for slot pull on the Oasis TA. Anyone ever had that many folks. If so, how did it go. We know we are going to use 2 machines for play with three pulls per participant.

I have never had that many people and it is good that you are using several machines. Do you use a $5 machine or a $1 machine? Just curious when you said that each participant gets three pulls.

Would be great if you could report back to this thread and tell us all how it went when you return.

Got the email, thanks so much.

We are sailing on Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas starting from Southampton on 1st Nov, calling in at St Thomas, St Martin, Puerto Rico, and Coco Bay, before ending at Fort Lauderdale.

Caroline,

We will not meet in a port then this year as we start in Barcelona and then do several other stops in Spain, 2 in the Canary islands and end up in Fort Lauderdale on Monday Nov. 10 to fly home. We are on the Celebrity Equinox.

Have a wonderful time on your cruise.

Planning to use 2 $1 machines that you play five max at a time.
