I was told by a diamond plus member, that if all people who live at the same address, if one person was diamond plus all others at that same address would be considered diamond plus. True or False?

If you travel with, stay in the same cabin, you are treated as a Diamond Plus if your cabin mates is Diamond Plus.

You cannot call RCI and say, "Hey, Fred and Iive together, he is Diamond Plus, so give me his benefits since I am sailing with my girlfriend on this next cruise and leaving Fred home"

False. If you have children under 18 that sail with you, they would also be D+. Your spouse would be D+ as well. Uncle Joe would not be. Nor would your 24 year old son and his girlfriend (ok MY 24 year old son and his girlfriend:rolleyes:) that still live with you.

Patty - I think you are wrong. As long as the 24 year old son is still living at home, he will have the status. My 20 year old still lives at home and he has my Platinum status even though he has only sailed twice. Conversely, if my 75 year old mother lived me, I think she would have my status also.

Patty is correct.

My 21 yr old son lives at home, usually cruises with me (except last 2 cruises) and he is not the same status as me.
