Should we make MTD reservations before or onboard?

We haven't done MTD since the Liberty in 2009. Back then it was relatively new and we made reservations every afternoon. Now that we have the option to make them online, should we do it online or do it day by day like we did back then? All help is appreciated!

I agree that it would be best to do them online now and make any necessary changes once onboard just to make sure your preferred times aren't all taken. I wanted to make sure we could watch sailaway so I planned our times around sailaway times. If I need to make some adjustments we will do so after we board. Hopefully we can do so via phone.

I'll be on the Explorer in May and can reserve now, I just can't decide what is a good time!

It looks like the shows can be 7 or 9, then they have some that are 9 or 10:45. Most shows run for about 45 minutes right?

I'm thinking 7:45 for dinner, even if we go to an early show we would be a few minutes late to dinner.

One day we will be in St Maarten until 9pm so maybe that night we will go to dinner earlier so we can be finished by sailaway.

Would anyone like to tell me if this sounds good? :D
