Pre-purchasing internet minutes package

Is it possible to pre-purchase an internet minutes package through the RCCL website?

 

I can see options in my reservation (pre-cruise planner) for excursions, water/soda packages, etc. But I can't find anything for internet usage. I'm wondering whether I'm missing it or it's just not available until I board.

You must do this onboard. You actually do it on the computers in the internet café.

Here are the Internet packages available while on board any RCI ship...

 

New price as of April 10, 2010 is $.65 per minute

 

Pre-Paid Internet Packages:

$ 35 = 60 minutes or 58 cents a minute

$ 55 = 100 minutes or 55 cents a minute

$ 75 = 150 minutes or 50 cents a minute

$100 = 250 minutes or 40 cents a minute

$150 = 500 minutes or 30 cents a minute

The free mins that come in the coupon books, can you apply those anytime or does it have to be before you use the internet?

you do it before and as you use the minutes, it comes off the credit

the coupon in the crown and anchor book is for either free minutes or a percentage off of the prepaid internet minutes. I usually do not give them the coupon until after we use the internet. We only use the internet on the ship for our return flight. We sometimes will check other things, but usually not much else than that. We have yet to use it for a percentage off, but I would never say I would not use it for that.
