CruzinNoony Posted April 4, 2011 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2011 We will be on a B2B on the Allure in a couple of weeks. Can't wait! We have never done a B2B and we are wondering how it works on turn-around day.
jd10367 Posted April 4, 2011 #2 Share Posted April 4, 2011 Just got off the Oasis, and all I can tell you is what it says on the "As You Depart" paper. The designated waiting areas for general public was either the theater Deck 5 or the dining room Deck 5. Wheelchair assistance (if you need to be pushed off by a worker) was the coffee shop on the Promenade. Guests with shore excursions gathered at Studio B. Family Zone was On Air, Suite Guests the Concierge Lounge, Platinum and up for C&A the dining room Deck 4, Luggage Valet people with early flight mets at the Comedy Club. Down the bottom, it said (complete with improper English and punctuation): Consecutive Cruisers: Boleros, Deck 5 Guest who are continuing on Oasis of the Seas for their extended cruise vacation. Please meet at 9:30 am. I assume you leave your stuff in the room and they just lead you off to get a new SeaPass, but I may be wrong.
davekathy Posted April 4, 2011 #3 Share Posted April 4, 2011 We just finished our B2B on the Liberty Of The Seas out of Miami. The day before turn around day we received our new Seapass Cards and instructions as to where we were to meet and what to bring. We meant in the Diamond Lounge with our old and new Seapass Cards, custom forms and Pass Ports. We were then escorted from the ship to customs. The whole process took no longer than 30 minutes. There were 53 Cruisers doing the B2B. We were told we could return to the ship or go ashore. At noon we were given a special lunch in the dining room. We had the same cabin so no packing. We did early traditional dining for both legs and had different tables (for two) and wait staff for each leg. Our March 2012 Cruise is a B2B on the Adventure Of The Seas out of San Juan.
