Blu for breakfast - attire?

Shorts are allowed, they realize that people are heading off the ship for the day.

Blu is casual for breakfast and dinner is mixed at night; some dress up and some stay in their daytime casual clothes. It is small and excellent.

What hours is breakfast served here? Someone mentioned only until 9:00??

On our April 1, Equinox cruise, it appeared almost everyone followed the dress code in Blu for dinner. As I recall, the sea day breakfasts were 8-10, but the port days were earlier. but they were about 2 hours in duration.

The breakfast times vary to align with shore excursions, so if you are in Blu you will always have time to have breakfast (albeit perhaps a swift one) before a trip. I noticed on our last trip what did catch people out was the at sea days when breakfasts finished relatively early (often around 0930) and whilst they were a little flexible with those coming in at 0940, they were thereafter having to turn a lot of people away who had enjoyed a lie in and not realised the breakfast times. On these days, Blu was pretty quiet at around 0800 and mobbed from about 0830

 

Wear what you are going ashore in for breakfast (unless its a coverall or vest top) everyone else does!
