I know OP had a genuine concern/inquiry but this thread seriously makes me howl! (no offense, OP!) Canadians are known for being polite and saying "Sorry!" quite often. :D

Well, I'm not going to watch the video but the general concensus is that Canadians are polite and most visitiors to Canada love it here and would come back again.
