It works great for me. I won't cruise without it again. I did once and tried bonine, ginger capsules and wrist bands but I still got sick. I don't get sick with the patch and I have never noticed any side effects at all.

I can't believe so many people had a reaction to the patch. I had a horrible reaction to the patch and spent the first twenty four hours of our cruise using my husband as guide spouse because I couldn't see or think straight. I only wore it for six hours! However, I would imagine that if it works for you and you get sea sick it's a blessing. I would try the less expensive treatments first though.

Bonine and ginger pills. Helps bunches. I may try the Sea-Band this time but I'm still taking the Bonine with me:D I really would try the patch only as a last resort.
