Past Passenger rates

I notice on a cruise I booked the past passenger rate went down on another catagory. I have made final payment, but was wondering if I could change rooms to another catagory with the new Past Pasenger rate.

I am not aware of RCL offering any special rates for past guests...since you are past final payment I think the only way you can change is if a higher category is available for less than what you booked your current cabin...you would not get any money refunded..just an upgrade...and many times these rates are for new bookings only and they will not let you change..

The only thing close to a past passenger rate that I can think of is possibly a C&A coupon is available for the cruise. That would apply to anyone with at least one Royal cruise. However, I don't know if a C&A coupon can be applied after final payment.
