Nautica Mediterranean and bringing alcohol on board

B&B in LotusLand

I called the person with whom I booked our upcoming OC cruise and asked this same question about Miami embarkation. I received a detailed answer and some advice not found in the brochures. I suggest you call them or have your T/A do it and get the company answer to your question.

Er, why is that necessary? We've never had a problem bringing liquor on board, whether at the embarkation port or at a port of call. (Okay, we don't bring much on board. But I've seen many posts to the effect of our experience.)

Other cruiselines can be difficult but Oceania never has been.

At least not in MY experience.
