Constellation-In Good Condition? About to book

We are just about to book Connie for Sept 19. For those of you who have sailed on this ship recently, how is the condition. We were on the Millennium last December and really liked it. I know that it will not quite be the same as our favourite Equinox but we have seen of few negative comments on the general condition of the ship.

 

Any comments from people who have recently sailed Constellation would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

We cruised in CS in the spring and she was in great shape. We took her over for the refit last year and the improvements were well done. Book away, you will have a great time. ~ Ric

Was on the Connie TA after the refit and found the ship to be wonderful. The addition of Tuscan Grille and Bistro on 5 made the ship even better. All the crew we met were up beat and really seemed to enjoy being on the ship. Several said it was their favorite and I can see why. I've booked it for 27 days in November and looking forward to sailing her again.

We were on the Constellation for a glorious 14 night cruise in March, 2011. She was in great shape.

We were on for Christmas / New Years 10/11 through the Panama Canal. No complaints whatsoever about the condition. You're in for a great cruise!!!

Its a lovely ship especially since the refurb, if you can get an aft cabin (FV aft corner especially) you will love it, the balconies are HUGE. (they are almost the length of the cabin, you could hold a party out there for fifty)

Thanks all. We booked today for Sept 19. MIL and husband are joining us. We lucked out on a Celebrity one day sale. Air fare seem to have gone down a little. We have been to many of the ports on this cruise before-some on a cruise, others on a land trip. This was at least 20 years ago so I assume much has changed. We love Turkey.

Don't miss Perry Grant in the Micheal's Lounge:) It was the highlight of our cruise. Refurb on cabins nicely done - balcony was not touched nor the furnishings...the only disappointment
