Port Canaveral to Cocoa Beach

On another thread I seem to be hearing the free shuttle is no more. Does anyone know? If it is not, does anyone know of the best low cost alternative to get to the beach. I have a family of four and need to know ASAP as we sail this Saturday. NCL costs $15, that I know. Is that good all day, or just one round trip??

Where are you staying? There is public transportation along A1A.

Otherwise it'll be a cab ride. But you may be close enough to the beach that your hotel shuttle will carry you to Jetty Park.

very easy, the companies are within 10 minutes of the pier and run shuttles back and forth

 

the companies to choose from: hertz, budget, thrifty, dollar, enterprise.

 

easy to drive around .... there's only one main road thru the island, A1A

 

day rentals are common but I'd make a reservation 4 sure as many are used as one way to orlando airport....
