Amusement Park replacing Flagship?

I read on Cruise Critic that the Flagship was being torn down & an amusement prk was going to be built on the boardwalk. I googled it & the article I read suggested it would be ready this summer. Clearly it's not. Has anyone read or heard any updated info on when it will be complete?
