Is Select Dining available on all Celebrity ships? We are sailing Century to Hawaii and wondered if this is available there.

Yes, it is available on the Century. I know this because I have Select Dining booked for my January cruise on the Century. You can see the option under My Reservations on the Celebrity website. Assuming that you have already booked your cruise.
