Can't wait to welcome Carnival's Triumph!

I sailed on the Triumph out of Miami her first year. After we do the Magic, I will have to sail on her again. Great memories... and I bet it will be more economical. I really like these Galveston cruises for not having to fly.

Yes it will be an exciting time and period for Galveston 2012

and for all the cruisers near by!!

Private enterprise also needs to come forward

with cooperation and new services.

These are the cruise lines, airports, airlines, rent car operations, hotels and transportation companies.

There are lots of changes in Galveston

occurring to make all this happen!

Galveston better be ready!!!!

Sure there will be hick ups along the way.

It won’t be easy!!

Here is hope is for the betterment of Galveston, cruisers and cruise lines,

and for a lasting good relationship and evolving successful situation.

We are lucky to live in Galveston,

and will look forward to welcoming them and the changes!!!!!!

Also we will be bringing to Galveston the Mariner from Rome!

Wish we had the horns on the front like on Voyager when it arrived!!

2012 Galveston Ships:)

Carnival Triumph

Carnival Magic

Disney Magic

Wow! Nice selection of ships!

It's so easy to sail from Galveston. First, we can drive it. Second, & most important, Galveston is a great area! I just feel so relaxed when we're there. SSB, I envy your location!

We love it here! It will

be hard decision to not jump cruise line, but we like RCCL for one,

and for the loyalty benefits.

I think I read a post somewhere on the Carnival forum that the Triumph would arrive on the 5th (Wednesday), the day before her first cruise from Galveston on the 6th.

I might be wrong, however. (I couldn't confirm it with a Google search.) Just be aware she might arrive on the 5th...
