These sound delightful!!! I don't know how I will choose between the items for appetizer and entree. Can I order more than one? LOL

You can order one of everything if you want! And you can skip courses if nothing looks good. I don't think there was a night on either of my past cruises that I didn't order 2 desserts. Hey, they're small!

Thanks so much for posting. What a lot of work for you. I will be on the Emerald for the New Year's cruise so I imagine the menus will be the same except for New Year's Eve. Everything sounds so good. I don't eat red meat or dairy, but do eat fish so I see plenty of things to be eating every night for dinner without compromising health (except for desserts). Looking so forward to not having to cook and being served.

Thank you so much for the menu *) I will be going in feb. Do they serve the same food in the resturants that you can choose for anytime dining?

The food looks so good !! thank you for all your hard work:)

Yes. Menu, decor, dress code -- all are the same in the anytime seating dining rooms as in the traditional dining room.

We just got off the Emerald last month and some of the menus and items are a little diferent...the one thing we missed was the rack of lamb..they now have a trilogy of meat..which includes a chicken kabob, breast of veal, and only one lamb chop.

Thanks for posting!!!

How many night sailing was The Emerald?

I think it may have been a 10??? Just wondering if it's a 7 night sailing if the Captains Gala Dinner takes the place of what would be on night 6, which if I was counting correctly would have been The Princess Dinner?

Does anyone know which menus are eliminated for a 7 night cruise?

I know Sailaway and Landfall remain.

Captain's Welcome and Captain's Gala are formal nights, correct?

I know Caribbean stays as well.

So that's 5 of them....

Please say Italian and French stay!

Thanks so much!
