Southwest cancellation?

I'm pretty sure that SW allows a cancellation of flights and gives you the option to use those flights for one year. Do they allow a refund if you have to cancel? We may have to use the "cancel for any reason" RCI travel insurance as it looks like we may have a health probelm that is a pre-existing condition...which we do not have coverage for.

For most tickets you can cancel your reservation and the funds can be reused to travel within one year of "issuance"of the original ticket.

 

If you have specific questions on your tickets I would call Customer Service. They are very helpful.

Yes, Ticketless Travel funds must be used within one year of the original travel dates, by the originally ticketed passenger.

Only if you cancel within 24 hours of the time you originally ticketed.
