39august Posted November 7, 2011 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2011 I'm pretty sure that SW allows a cancellation of flights and gives you the option to use those flights for one year. Do they allow a refund if you have to cancel? We may have to use the "cancel for any reason" RCI travel insurance as it looks like we may have a health probelm that is a pre-existing condition...which we do not have coverage for. Rare Keith1010 Posted November 7, 2011 #2 Share Posted November 7, 2011 For most tickets you can cancel your reservation and the funds can be reused to travel within one year of "issuance"of the original ticket. If you have specific questions on your tickets I would call Customer Service. They are very helpful. Keith

Yes, Ticketless Travel funds must be used within one year of the original travel dates, by the originally ticketed passenger. Do they allow a refund if you have to cancel? Only if you cancel within 24 hours of the time you originally ticketed.
