Our experience, although Carnival has gotten better, nothing is really adults only on any Carnival ship.

The area is designated for adults, but I have never seen them make any effort to actually enforce it.

I'd been on this ship twice before I knew it was even SUPPOSED to be an adults area. Theres an icecream machine on one side and the pizza counter on the other. You do the math. Deffinelty NOT a serenity area.

There have been kids in this area everytime I have been on the ship due to the fact that the pizza shop, ice cream, etc. are in this area. The kids are not allowed in the hot tubs or the pool. On our last cruise Carnival did enforce the no kids in the hot tubs or pool. Other than that, kids are free to roam.
