My wife heard that when we flew international biz class (maybe because she had an Am Ex card), we'd be entitled to something like $2k per lost bag, and was disappointed when our bags kept showing up. I tried to tell her it probably wasn't a simple as she thought.

We boarded for a short flight one night during a rainstorm. When the bags came into the claim area, most of them were a little wet, some very wet,:( and one was soaked, broken and most of the contents strung out behind it. :eek:
