Secret deck on Elation?

Just curious, does anyone know if there is a "secret deck" on the elation? I was thinking about booking a cabin on Empress or Verandah deck, but would like to be near the secret deck, if there is one. I really wanted a balcony cabin, but there arent any on Elation, except for suites. Thanks for the help!

I'm not aware of any "secret" decks on any ships - but then I've never sailed before so all I'm going off of is my own research. Generally, I've found that these ships are so stocked with people and a lot of them are frequent fliers - that no areas of the ships are totally secret.

Verandah deck is the only one on Elation.

This was helpful.

I was the only one who actually told the truth.

Why people refer to a foward outside observation area as a "secret deck" still bewilders me.

Especially since plenty of people go out there.

I guess I am just not "hip" like everyone else because I don't use silly terms like "naughty room & upgrade fairy, and don't think the cruise director is the coolest guy in the world.....

I was on the Elation in October, the doors on either side of the stage in the Mikado lounge are supposed to lead to a "secret" deck, but not sure how secret it is, as there are other ways to access the deck. However, I never felt that the ship was ever crowded and was always able to find a nice quiet spot with very few or no other people around. The decks to the side and the very back of the buffet area were always very peaceful.

We have had interior Verandah deck twice and loved the "secret" deck.

I will point out that we knew it wasn't really a secret.

Some people are just no fun!

Which cabins were u in? Would u happen to have any pics? Thanks so much

We had a balcony room on the Verandah deck in November.

This is a view from the forward observation (secret) deck back to our room....

The only time there was anyone on it was at sunrise or sunset, and then it was just a few people. My favorite spot when arriving or departing a port.

It is very breezy up there while the ship is moving.
