I think $24+tip is the flat rate fare with up to 4 passengers, so share the ride with other cruisers and save even more! :)

It's a zone system in Miami in this situation, so it's $24 flat to port, per cab. There won't be a meter running in this case.

I see that it will cost about $25 before tip to transfer from MIA to the port of Miami. Would this be the same from the airport area hotels? I'm seeing $10 pp to transfer from an airport hotel to POM, but $25 for up to 5 people from the airport (set rate; not metered).

Is there a particular cab company that I could contact to get the set rate for the five of us? We don't want to pay $10 pp with the shuttle the hotel uses. Thanks for your help!

Cabs are metered from airport area hotels to the port. Fares will vary, depending upon the hotel's location and degree of traffic. However, figure $25-$30 as an average.
