Caviar

Just came off of Seabourn and wanted to know if caviar was available on Oceania like Seabourn... year's ago it was...

Thanks!

Define "available."

Caviar was an ingredient in an appetizer choice three or four times on on the holiday cruise, including Christmas and New Year's Eve. The quantity of caviar in the appetizer was reasonably generous, and it was definitely tasty. However, I never asked for caviar on a night when it wasn't listed on the menu so I don't know if I could have eaten it at other times.

I wish I could remember the type of caviar -- definitely not high-end Beluga, Sterlet, Ossetra, or Sevruga. Neither was it low-end salmon or lumpfish.

Only one of the nights was the appetizer served with a mother of pearl spoon.

I have only seen it a few times on the menu

I do not eat it so never paid attention but someone at our table had it

It came in a blue label tin with toast points

Maybe your butler can get it for you

Hopefully someone will have the answer for you

Caviar was never available complimentary as it is on Seabourn, you can order it ahead of time at a very dear price..it is not free.
