Carnival's website is HORRIBLE !!

The trouble may be with the fact that the "original" web designer used his/her own code and it may be hard to decifer and change. We just went through a web redesign at work and lots of problems were discovered. It is a major job but a corp as large as Carnival should have the resources to fix it.

The area I dislike the most is the shore excursions. They are slow to load and just not user friendly, plus you have to email someone to get any answers no live person.

I have a Carnival brochure from a few years back.

It has over 90 pages.

With only 11 photos of an actual ship(some are only 2 inches).

Mostly a bunch of stock photos of beaches.

With lots of photos of people with fake over-smiles...

There website does stink! I have a few issues when on there...

I cannot leave a review or comment on anything. When I hit post message it doesn't work, and I am logged in. ;) Also, when I want to view a cruise and click on it will not show the weeks itinerary for that trip, it used to? It just go right to room selection.
