Not sure. Just saw a boat that looked like the typical Pilot boat pull up on the port side. Just checked VesselFinder and their are two new tugs, Svezia and Messico.

That concrete is in the port where Concordia is going to be docked later today. I think they might be putting together a Press boat.

The Repubblica TV reporter interviewed some official in uniform and while ago and I could grab from what little Italian I can understand (thanks to my native Spanish) that the whole operation will take at least six hours and it should be finished around noon or by 2 PM (Italian time). That means between 6 and 8 AM US Eastern time. I will miss most of it.

I'm being told that the Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi is expected in Genoa this afternoon to see the end of the docking procedure.
