luggage tag help

i've already completed my on-line check in and printed it out (complete with the luggage tag image at the bottom). but when i go to the documents page where i can request official tags, it won't let me do anything. i can see the choice as to whether to have it mailed or sent electronically; but it won't allow me to highlight either one. anybody else having this problem? or am i not doing something right?

they are not typically available until about 45 days before your cruise

Go to Cruise Documentation. On the right side it says luggage tags. If they're available there will be a button to order them. If there's no button, it says they're no longer available.

OP, you are too far out...usually 45-50 days...

Mine have always been available on day 49. Someone recently posted that they are doing away with mailing them out and will go to printed ones at some point. Keep checking the documents page and the luggage tag button should appear in less than 40 days for you.
