Staterooms Being Ready by 11AM - Trial Started @ Galveston Port

While the concept is nice, I just don't know how the poor room stewards can possibly accomplish this, in the short amount of time they will have.

 

Unless they get the ship completely cleared by 9:00am, it's going to be next to impossible (unless they hire more help-which we know they aren't going to do)....

The ship doesn't need to be cleared by 9am. Everyone needs to be out of their cabins by 8 or 830. Isn't that already being done? I would think if everyone is out of their cabins by that time, the stewards will be able to do it. If I remember correctly, my cabin is always finished well before 1130am during a cruise. What would be the difference?

We just sailed on the Triumph this past week, and it was 1:30 before we were allowed into our rooms.

I wonder if they are thinking that if the cabins are ready by 11 am then they can have more room stewards on luggage duty earlier?

We haven't had a cabin ready before 1:30 ish, and I think on the POH it was 2:30 ish. That was a long wait!

We sailed last week on the Magic and it was normal time to the rooms.
