They are stationary off the tip of Galveston. They are in the channel and facing back in towards channel

The Coast Guard just pulled up to pick up the person who fell and broke their hip. We were only about 5-10 minutes out when the ship stopped.

Man. Talk about a crappy start to a vacation. Fall down and break your hip 10 minutes into your cruise. Feel bad for them.

I feel bad for the person w/ the broken hip. Catain will be able to make up time once they are in open seas. When we were on the Conquest out of Galveston, we didn't leave the port til 2AM due to late boarding & fog. Captain was able to make up time & we hit all our ports.

I always hesitate before I buy cruise insurance..This is a good example to make me not hesitate.. I surely feel bad for the person.
