On each of the my last 3 early saver price drops it has disappeard from both Manage My Cruise and the printed documents. The first time my PVP put back in 1 hour. The next time she told me to call tech support myself because she was out of office. This time she said she was on hold with tech twice for 20 minutes and wanted to call back after the leap day sale ended. It's been a week and she still hasn't gotten fixed. (yes-new PVP for next cruise) Is any one else experiencing this issue with a disappearing FCC? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lady_Jag Posted March 5, 2012 #3 Share Posted March 5, 2012 My FCC disappeared from the web site when I got SCRIP dollars applied to the cruise. Seems there were too many line items for the FCC credit to show up online, but I was assured repeatedly that both my FCC deposit and OBC were still "in the system" and available to me. The sure way to check is to look at your payments made and amount owed and see if the $100 deposit is factored in. You can also ask your PVP to scroll down and see if it's there.
