Seward to Whittier Transportation?

How can one get from Seward to Whittier without a car? Would like to take train from Anchorage to Seward, take a tour in Seward and then go to Whittier to board the ship.

We also are taking the train to Seward and then spending two nights before our cruise out of Whittier.

 

We have booked with PJs taxi to drive us to Whittier. They get rave reviews on here and Renee has been great to work with so far. Unfortunately, my endorsement is based entirely on planning -- have not used them yet.

We are also booked with PJs. We used her a couple years ago and had no problem. She knows the tunnel schedule and got us to the ship in time to get our cruise card and still make it to the PWS glacier cruise.

There are a couple of taxi company's in Seward. PJ's has recceived many positive comments on this forum:

Last year the cost was $250 for up to seven in the van. She will ask you if you would be interested in sharing the cost with others who may want the same date.

We're also using PJ's. I agree that Renee has been very responsive and I like that she's flexible with what we might do that day. I'm really looking forward to visiting the AWCC.

 

Her costs are great for our group but if there are just a couple of you and you're on a budget, you may want to consider Seward Bus lines at $60/person leaving at 9:30am every day.
