I just found it checking for Concordia news.......I think it is the Triumph and Magic in Galveston, But I can't find anything else on it.........

Evidently this just popped up about a half hour ago. It's showing on the financial sites like Bloomberg, but it is just two or three lines. I find it hard to believe too!

An arrest warrant was issued today for the MS Carnival Triumph, a 2,758-passenger cruise liner based in Galveston, that is owned by the same company that owns the Costa Concordia :eek::eek:

Yikes! So sorry to anyone supposed to sail on Carnival Triumph. What a bummer!

 

Hope Carnival takes care of the cruisers who were to sail on the Triumph.

I dont understand it. Prevent a company from making money that could help victims and survivors? I wonder if Carnival will spite them and drop the ports from Texas? Doubtful and I would hope not.

Just read the added info. IF this could possibly have any merit, it doesn't sound like it will actually get seized. Too many things don't add up though...they can't have a "quick hearing" on a Saturday.

 

I'm cruising on the Triumph April 23rd....I think. :D

Go to Bloombergnews.com/news and then scroll down, it will tell about it. Seems it is the Triumph, does not mention Magic. It says passengers will be allowed to disembard:eek:

It’s a German family, suing a Miami based company over a shipwreck in Italy so why did they file the lawsuit in Texas?
