What do you do on the last day?

My hubby and I usually like to get up, eat breakfast in the dining room, take some last pictures to remember the amazing time we had and wish we could hide somewhere to stay on the ship and go on the next cruise :):)

I think you mean the day we get KICKED off the ship??:eek:

We don't like to hang out where we aren't welcome, so we usually order early room service and leave as soon as we are allowed.:(

It is usually if not always a sea day, and I usually like to have a last blast in the casino ( if I have not already blown my casino budget ). Then in the early afternoon, I head down to the stateroom to pack my luggage, and order room service lunch. Pack bag, eat lunch, then back up to Serenity deck or any deck with a chair, have a drink at the atrium bar ( usually a gin and tonic ) go back to room to get ready for last dinner in the MDR. No hurry to get back to pack luggage, already done. So then usually an early night, so I can be ready for my room service breakfast early on debarkation day. I have never been to the fun farewell party, but next time, I probably will check that out.:)

If it's the day before we get off...we sit in silence wondering how it all went by so quickly. Haha If it is the day we get off the ship, we eat breakfast at the buffet and leave when they say..."Last call for all people to leave the ship!" :(

Well on that sea day I take the towel folding class and soak up on the sunshine that I can get! If it's the day we have to get off, we get up early, eat breakfast in the buffet and get off the ship ASAP. I know that probably sounds strange but we always plan a little trip for the day we get off and we are ready to get to it!

It varies depending on if we get into Port on time. Usually between 10:00 am - 10:30 am.

We usually sleep in and grab a late breakfast. Then we will hit up some trivia games while walking around the ship taking last minute pictures. We also stop into the gift/liquor shops and take a peek at our candid pictures from the past week. We usually eat snacks through the whole day and then go back to room to pack and then go see a comedian at night time. Overall, just a relaxing day.

On the last sea day I am outside soaking up the sun and drinking all the fruity drinks i can!! Go eat dinner in MDR. Go to casino and see the final show for the trip:( Party up my last night with all the great people we meet on board!! Exchange phone numbers, email, and facebook to keep in touch with everyone!! Go to the room and start packing around 3:30-4:00am!! Debark morning we go to MDR for breakfast, say goodbye to everyone we meet, hang out in the cabin or lido until they call for last passengers to get off the ship!! Then get in a taxi or have a friend come and get us and enjoy our 5 minute ride home and crash out for the day/night!!!

We have breakfast in MDR, go up to Lido deck and stretch out on lounge chair waiting for our # to be called. Because we aren't flying our # is usually one of the last to be called. Sometimes we get an ice cream cone. We then out to parking lot with sad faces as we pass the smiling faces of those heading towards the terminal as they start their vacations.... it's called the " circle of cruising life" !! LOL

On the last day the cruise is over & done. We enjoyed but are ready to get off the ship as quickly as possible to get back home ... and begin looking forward to our next cruise. :)
