Any benefit to being a C&A member with only 2 cruises?

Now I have a question. Will I not get double points for my first cruise if I am in a suite since I am not considered gold until yet?

You will get double points, even if it's your first cruise. I'd also visit the Loyalty Ambassador onboard, join C&A, and have them put your C&A number on the cruise.
