Can Celebrity and RCI status be interchanged for cruises?

YOu get points in Captains Club for travel on Celebrity and points for travel in RCCL for their program. You do get reciprocal standing on each of the programs. For example, if you a a Diamond on RCCL you are Elite on Celebrity. Hope that answers your question

No, they can't. Each line runs a separate program. You will get reciprocal status but you won't get credit in RCI's program for sailing on Celebrity, for example.
