inforem Posted June 3, 2012 #1 Share Posted June 3, 2012 I am staying in a suite on the Summit and I was told that an addition perk for suites is reserve seating in the nightclub theater. Does anyone know about this perk?

I just go to the theatre a half hour before the show and "reserve" two seats while my wife plays the slots:D and often wins:).
Phxazzcruisers Posted June 3, 2012 #4 Share Posted June 3, 2012 The reserved seating is in the first two rows. To be honest, we do not like sitting that close so we just find our own seats.
sunshine nana Posted June 3, 2012 #5 Share Posted June 3, 2012 Our butler mentioned the reserved seats to us (we didn't know about it), There were a few rows in the middle front with ropes across where we sat. A few minutes before the show, they took them down and anyone could sit there. It wasn't a big deal as there was plenty of seating. The second night, the butlers were in front of the door and escorted us down. Again, the seats were opened up before the show started. We loved our first Celebrity cruise, but the shows were not good compared to our Princess (4) and NCL (3) cruises.
Nebr.cruiser Posted June 3, 2012 #6 Share Posted June 3, 2012 We weren't in a suite, but on our recent Med cruise on the Equinox there were a couple of rows towards the top of the first level of seating, in the middle, roped off, with someone 'standing guard' to make sure those not qualified didn't sit there. It didn't seem to be very well utilized and a few minutes before the show--maybe 10--the area was opened to anyone. We never had trouble finding decent seats in the theater, which often wasn't as crowded as normal, probably due to the long days in port.
