Time from Barcelona port to airport

In your experience, how long, via Taxi, does it take to get from the port to the airport in Barcelona? Just trying to figure out how early I'll need to disembark to make it to the airport for a noon flight. Want to get there in good time, but not ridiculously early if I don't have to. Thanks in advance!

From airport to port (as this was what we did) it took at least 25 min and this was early morning...I would allow plenty of time..better safe than rushed and frantic ;)

Depends on the day of the week. Our last trip was on a Sunday and it took about half an hour. Last year, it was a workday and traffic slowed it to 45 minutes.

I'm glad you said a noon flight. That will be fine. It will be about 30 minutes or possibly a little more with additional traffic. There are two piers in Barcelona about 1 miles from one another.

Thanks for the help, everyone. I can certainly live within a range that is less than an hour. I never cut things that close. If we're off the ship at 8, sounds like we should expect to be at the airport by 9...which gives us a 3 hour cushion. I can live with that!

Should be around 30 -45 minutes travel time, never had it go over the hour, though there can always be traffic problems.
