We're all happy to be friends in here

Even thro we live far and near

We don't really know each other I know

But care for each other in their highs and lows

We understand the struggles everyone goes thru each day

To make us healthy and each week to have a good weigh

Seems so easy..eat less, exercise. and drink more

But everyday life gets in the way, not always a good score

So all of us in here keep going strong..through the good and bad

We know we can do it, just sometimes happy..sometimes sad

But always a pleasure to come here to say Hi

And always nice to see the American Flay flying in the sky

Happy Flag Day..Red White and Blue

(For people in other country's, we like your flags too

but it's our Flag Day today..no disrespect to you)

Happy Flag Day All!

Today is the last day of school for our kiddos so our house is buzzing with electricity this morning! I remember that feeling from when I was a kid....a whole summer of possibilities ahead of you. Hopefully this will be a really good summer for all of us!

My results for this week......

I am down 1.3 pounds from last Thursday.

That means I have lost 9.3 pounds toward the 8 in 8 Challenge. I am still working on trying to double that before the challenge is over....gonna shoot for 16 in 8!

My total loss is 62.9 pounds. :)

Happy first week of unofficial summer!!!

Fell into a really bad old habit, 500 calories and too little water during work with plenty of exertion. But then come home and put away 2000 bad calories before bed. Back up to 191 this am. Writing this on the treadmill with a big glass of water at 5:00am. At least now when I see anything over 190 I can hit the brakes and try to adjust.

Not complaining, just disappointed in the weakness. Happy Flag Day!

:( I was also very weak this week--not even going to get on the scale because I know it will not be good. We have been very busy, I know that shouldn't be an excuse. I have no motivation and have been very lazy. We are having company over the weekend that will be moving back to Spain on Sunday so I'm not even going to attempt anything until Monday. This weekend will be all about going to our favorite places and consuming a gajillion calories.

Hoping to find some motivation by Monday. It's very depressing.

Hope everyone has a great week!!

Hi Everyone,

Belle, I'm so glad you're here, the one constant I look forward to every Thursday.

I lost 1 lb., good, however, I've lost and gained the same 1 lb. so I am down 0 for the challenge so far.

Jen, great job on losing.

I wish everyone lots of losing for next week. Diana

I was not sure I believed the scale but I will claim it anyway. Down 2 to 154!!!

Now I just have to at least keep it all off for next week. It is unusual for me to lose 2 pounds in 1 week. Maybe it was the belly dancing class the library had on Monday. It is an amazing amount of work. You can get all of your sit ups done in 5 minutes!! Wow power exercise.

On another note today is also National Skunk Day! Who knew that there even was a national skunk day? Never can tell what you will learn in the library on any given day.

I got back this weekend from a business trip to Las Vegas - I actually didn't end up eating alot (or as much as I could have) and we did a lot of walking - wish I had taken my pedometer.

Don't know what I weigh right now, but still posting and trying to eat healthy. Jan

HI all!

WTG to the losers!:D

I had a chance to get weighed au naturel this morning, no staples, no stockings & am down 3 lbs since before the operation.

Jan ~ you should get yourself a pedometer from LL Bean, you can wear it around your neck, carry it in your purse or clip it to your pants.

TTFN
