Can you still order and purchase a Bottle of Hard liquor off the room service menu and drink it in your room ? Thanks in advance for your response...

Room service? I've never seen it on a room service menu... but you can pre-order it and it will be in your cabin embarkation day. You'll get a small container of nuts and 6 cans of mix to go with it. If you wait until you're onboard, you can get the same set up through the concierge desk or guest relations.

The cost was $80.00 for a bottle of Jim Beam, 6 pack Diet coke and a box of stale mixed nuts.I know..............Terrible, but if you don't want to smuggle it is the only way.

 

We paid $38.00 fro the same bottle of Jim Beam minus nuts and cokes last year on Carnival.

Two years ago it was 40 dollars a bottle...They sure want you to buy their high priced drinks at the bar :( Thanks for the info folks ..

Speaking of smuggling on booze, it used to be pretty easy to do. Is is still? We haven't cruised with Celebrity since 2007, so we don't know if they have tightened things up.

On Hal a litre of Cdn. Club (no mix or peanuts) $32.20 includes 15% service charge. Must be consumed in your cabin. What size bottle do you get on Celebrity for $80?
