On the Silhouette the elite cocktail hour was 5pm to 7 pm.

I think it is 5-7pm on most all cruises now, unless there is a specific reason some itinerary requires a change. It was 5-7pm on our Januray Eclipse Caribbean cruise, and 5-7pm on our May/June Eclipse Baltic cruise.

 

We choose early traditional dining (hate eating so late) which is usually 6pm, and I thought that would adversely impact our Elite lounge time...didn't for us. Enjoyed socializing till close to 6pm or a bit after, and certainly had enough to drink.

In the mornings it's specialty coffees, fresh squeezed juices, mimosas, belinis, champange and I think bloodly Mary's.

 

In the evening I can't remember them all but red and white wine, champange, I think beer, cosmopolitans, apple martinis, several other mixed drinks I can't remember off hand........
