Navigator does not yet have a Diamond Lounge. It's scheduled to get one in December 2013.

 

In the interim, they will have a nightly Diamond Event, at a location that varies cruise to cruise. There will be a letter in the stateroom with the Diamond Event location.

Navigator's dry dock was originally scheduled for Nov. 2013, but was changed recently to Jan. 2014. That is when she will get a Diamond Lounge.

so when we embark on Saturday the 9th opf March there will be a letter in our cabin letting us know where the diamond lounge will be for the week...would it ever be in Councierge Lounge...our cabin is right around the corner on mid ship 9th floor...

No, the nightly Diamond Event will not be in the Concierge Lounge. It will be in another lounge. Sometimes they have it in a part of Viking Crown, sometimes in the Dungeon (nightclub), and on cruises where there are a high number of Diamond members they might have it in the Ixtapa Lounge.
