Thanks, I saw reviews saying that they ordered from the main menu and did not notice it required being in a suite.

 

Have done it on Celebrity and O on long port days and enjoyed it.

The difference between Celebrity and Princess is that the buffet is open for a full meal until 3:30pm for lunch and 11pm for dinner on Princess. Celebrity shuts down the buffet very early for lunch and dinner in comparison.

Nice that the buffet is an option. However, I do enjoy just taking a shower and eating in the room if I was in port for 12 hours touring. A room service steak delivered to the room hit the spot.

Unless you are in a full suite, that is probably not going to happen...

 

However, you can always ask! The worst you will hear is "no"...

 

 

Also, we often write in bacon and soft boiled eggs on the breakfast hang tag. So far, we have had fabulous luck getting all of our write in items except for one.:)

Yes, I now know what to expect thanks to everyone's answering my questions. Setting expectations saves alot of disappointment.
