Royal Palms shade?

Recommended Posts

We were there several years ago and there was absolutly NO shade at the beach. No umbrellas to rent, no palapas, nada. It was miserable, so we ended up sitting at the patio restaurant. I am hoping this has changed. So, any shade to be had on the beach?

Must have been a long time ago, since there has been umbrella rental for at least the last four or five years that we've been visiting. They also now have beach and poolside cabanas for rent, that's new within the last year or so. All the details are on their website... http://royalpalmscayman.com/

Seagrape is good but we prefer the Reef at Royal Palms because the burger is excellemt and the staff there is very friendly. The beach is also very nice and in a great lication. We're staying at the Marriott next month and

I'm sure we'll walk to the Reef a few times.
