Celebrity Dining Question

Help!

We've been cruising with Princess for a while now and love their Any Time Dining - don't mind waiting in line for 5 minutes or so and enjoy sitting with other people on larger tables. Do Celebrity do anything like that or so we have to choose between 6.15 (waaaay too early) or 8.45 which is probably a tad late.

I realize we could pay to go to the premium restaurants which we would probably do once but not every night, and the buffet really isn't what we want to do for dinner. This could be a make or break deal for us.

Celebrity has Select Dining. You can either make a reservation or just show up. We've done both and never waited more than a few minutes. When you sign up you also prepay your tips. We will never return to fixed dining times. Love the flexibility in dining times and also sharing tables. Some cruises we sit with the same people and other cruises we've been at a different table each night.

Greetings

We love the Select Dining on Celebrity. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a table. On our last Princess Cruise, there were long waits for Anytime Dining. They had added an "early-early" seating which took away from the Anytime tables and it was a mess. That experience was a major factor in us trying Celebrity, and we are very glad we did.

Good Sailing

Tom

If you choose select dining, you can have dinner at the time it suits you starting from 6 pm. You can make also reservations online before your cruise if you are interested on particular times.

Do you get that like they do on RCCL by just prepaying your tips? H

You need to prepay your tips to do Select dining. If you choose to make reservations before you go you can do it online. You can request to eat by yourselves or to share a table for each reservation you make
