Life Vests Provided on GSC?

Yes they do. There's a building you go to on GSC to pick up your snorkeling equipment - life vest, snorkel, and fins.

I know that the life vest rental is $5.00 for snorkeling if you have your own equipment for adults. Not sure what the fee is for children. Hopefully someone will know.

Can you rent just the life vest, even if you're not snorkeling? I just want to put one on my 3YO while he is playing in the water on the beach.

I'm not sure that what NCL has for snorkelling is appropriate for a 3 year old. I believe that they are still the inflatable type that allows a swimmer to be face down (so they can snorkel) ...not what you want for your toddler.

 

Hopefully someone will post more descriptive info on what NCL has.

Since you have your own, I would bring it so you know it is the correct one for her age and weight.

Life vests are $4.99 for the day for either children or adults but as someone else pointed out, they are the inflatable snorkeling kind that you slip over your head and belt around your waist.
