Brilliance Cabin #1570

Recommended Posts

need some help. we are booking cabin # 1570 on brilliance 12 night med. cruise and im worried that our cabin located under the general area of windjammer might present a noise issue! if you have any knowledge and/or expierence with this situation i would very much like to hear from you!

also on a 12 night cruise are there 2 or 3 formal nights?

lastly, are there more than 2 dinner seatings on this cruise?

thanking you in advance,

dean & alice

I was in room 1578 which is acouple of rooms down from you. I did

hear noise from the Windjammer in the early morning hours. It sounded

like they were setting up for breakfast. You could hear them rolling

carts around, etc. I was able to fall back asleep and I am a very

light sleeper. That was the only time of day that I heard anything.

Other than that, the location far outweighs any noise problem. You will

love being so close to the Windjammer and the pool deck.

I believe on the 12 night Med. Cruise, there are three formal nights, usually the first and second sea days and then one more.

Also there will be 4 dinner times. The actual times vary by 1/2 hour or so but an approximate idea is as follows:

Deck 4: 6:00(6:30)

Deck 5: 6:30(7:00)

These two seatings are considered early or main.

Deck 4: 9:00(9:30)

Deck 5: 9:30(10:00)-those Spainards love to eat late!

These two are late seating times.

Which one are you taking? The one that includes Venice and Corfu or the one that includes more Greek Islands?

We are going on the 09/20/06 itinerary. Can't wait, even though it is a long way aways yet!!!!

When I posted the info about 2 formal nights on the 12-night cruise, I had just read it on a thread. However, RCCL also says 3 formal nights, so maybe some cruises change things around a little.

I'll plan for 3 anyway. Thanks!
